Artifact 2.1
PRAXIS III DOMAIN-BASED STUDENT SURVEY
(Please click on any page to the left to see enlarged image)

The Figure on the left is the Overall Data Analysis of Teacher Performance Evaluation by the students based on all assessed ten (10) criteria of the four PRAXIS III DOMAINS.

Teacher Performance Evaluation Form was designed based on the criteria (at least two) assessed by each of the four PRAXIS III DOMAINS. 120 Students (Biology) completed the Teacher Performance Evaluation Form in the absence of the intern.  The completed Forms were collected by the Intern’s Cooperating Teacher for analysis. The number of students that scored the teacher performance level defined as Excellent (1), Good (2), Fair (3), or Poor (4) were tallied for each assessed criterion of the PRAXIS III DOMAIN.  The result was expressed as percentage of the number of students who checked for the performance level versus the total number of students (120).  Overall Data Analysis was calculated as the average percentage score for the performance level based on all assessed ten (10) criteria of the four PRAXIS III DOMAINS.
